Rural Futures: Ecosystem Restoration for Universal Basic Assets in the Eastern Himalayas

The biodiversity of the Eastern Himalayas is often threatened with growing human aspirations of the forest fringe communities inhabiting the region.

This session will explore how a sustainable natural capital optimising system can facilitate the delivery of Universal Basic Assets to the indigenous communities enabling them to become the stewards of their natural inheritance.
